Over the years, we have devoted great effort to building alliances with some of the most reliable manufacturers of fabrics, both in India as well as Far-East and Pakistan. It is this direct relationship with our business partners that allows us to reduce costs as well as gives great control on the quality of our piece-goods.
Production
Our factory is equipped with the most advanced machineries. The sewing machines have been imported from Juki and Pegasus, with complimenting finishing equipments. The GERBER GGT CAD system is the heart of the cutting department which also boasts of the highly sophisticated GERBER FABRIC-SPREADER. The sewing floor uses the ETON Mover system for better productivity and control.
In addition to employing the latest technology, we believe in assigning the right person for the job. Both, the production as well as the quality team, are built of some of the most experienced and innovative people in the industry. We promote a culture of self-monitoring in our labor force which is key in achieving international quality standards along with high productivity.
Logistics
Bangalore has one the busiest and most-advanced airport in the country, and is hardly stone’s throw away from key sea-ports at Tuticorin and Chennai. All these ports have a wide network offering regular and flexible connectivity to key ports in Far-East, US and Europe.
